This form is how event florals are booked with French Blooms OC. Every event is quoted from a consultation and a written proposal rather than a fixed price list, so we start by learning what you are planning.

What the form asks for

• Your name, phone and email
• The occasion — corporate event, Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduation party, baby shower, birthday, anniversary or another celebration
• Event date and guest count
• Venue name, if you have one booked
• Your floral budget range and anything else you would like us to know

What happens next
